First, get the picture you want. Then, upload it to a media hosting website such as Imageshack.

Once done, get the DIRECT LINK which would be something like this.
http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/9992/234234k.png

Once you have that, use the tags
[*img]http://inserturlhere[/*img] without the *.

And insert the direct link in. So it would be something like
[*img]http://img339.imageshack.us/img339/9992/234234k.png[/*img]

And without the *,


Also, make sure to keep the limit.
