Im sure that at least everyone is familiar with the game DOTA(defense of the ancients), but how do you setup your Warcraft 3:frozen throne to a DOTA game? Is it just a matter of copying maps or is there something else?

No, just play the DOTAs that are in Battle.net, which are available through Frozen Throne. I think.

That will be slow because you have to download the maps and people are bound to kick you. Just go to
http://www.getdota.com and download the latest map. Then just copy and paste in the maps folder

I hate it when that happens, I'm usually the last people to be loading the map (slow internet), and then some tards kick me.

So like I said, just download the maps from websites and you should be good to go.

There's only a few different versions of DOTA.

My map does not have ally/enemy heroes. Is there a command for this?

    --------------------------------------------------------

nevermind, i found out that maps are subdivided into two.
with AI, and without. AI is the map with Enemy/Ally heroes

ok first download the map (getdota.com) and right click the start menu and click explore... go to hp pavilion and put the file in warcraft 3 CUSTOM MAPS. Then you have to click Battle.net which is on the main menu right when you open warcraft 3. After try joining a DOTA CUSTOM GAME NOT QUICK PLAY/PLAY GAME or whatever.

It wouldn't matter if you did quickplay, it'd just load, so there would be no point in this.
