A PS2 game is corrupted (R-Type Final)

    I've downloded and re-downloaded many times the game R-Type Final for the PS2, but it seems that the first RAR file, which is hosted at TurtleShare.com, is corrupted. Is it possible to be fixed?

    File hosting sites are usually not reliable. I suggest downloading with bittorrent, there are torrents for the game you mentioned with enough seeders.

    there's nothing unreliable about file hosting websites. corruption happens because http isn't designed for transferring large volumes of data.

    I'll get Seph to have a look at it.
    If it's broken, he'll have it replaced.

    But as Loonylion said, HTTP isn't designed for transferring large volumes of data.
    I suggest using a download manager. IDM is free, and is good.

    I forgot to say "for large volumes of data", didn't mean file hosting sites are not reliable or anything.
    Since when IDM is free?
