A noobish question

How do you get the hacks on a CycloDS evolution for new games, specifically, Pokemon HeartGold

Put them in the root of your firmware.

 

You can also download the CHEAT.DAT (for r4ds) or the USERDAT (YSmenu).
You must put this in the map _system_

Actually, if you want cheats for the CycloDS, you must download the one called "TEMP_USEREVOCHEATS.zip". You unzip the file and put the "user.evoCheats" file in the CycloDS folder of your microSD. That's all there is to it.

The other files in the list are for other flashcarts, which you don't need to concern yourself with.
