ok so i was just thinking the other day about getting portal for my pc and i was wondering is it possible for someone to do a downscaled version of portal for the ds. the thing was is that i knew you could get doom and quake for it and wondered wether it was possible or if it has already been done.

Quake DS and Quake II DS were hard as shite to program and the second required a RAM expansion pak like the M3 perfect. Plus they were old games. Portal would have to be COMPLETELY rewritten to be 32/64-bit first as a windows app, and THEN ported to the DS. That's TWO completely new softwares to be programmed and would take years. Not likely.

The only real possibility is if a REAL DS game port of Portal is released. Either way, it would be ugly and most likely wouldn't happen.

EDIT: Not exactly wat you're looking for, but

a port of a FLASH version.
