I want Luminous Arc, Heroes of Mana, and Rune Factory, but I can't find a fricking ROM dump. Now, I'm not asking for someone to tell me where a dumping site is, and I'm not asking anyone to point me to a site that has them dumped. (Though, if you do, I will love you, especially if it's Rune Factory.) I simply want to know if RomUlation dumps, and about when they'll be available on RomUlation.
RomUlation does not create their own dumps, we simply distribute the dumps other people do. This way we can almost guarantee that our dumps are proper dumps that won't mess with your hardware as we get them from trusted sources. As to when they will appear on RomUlation, anywhere from a minute to a couple of hours after they've been dumped, so in other words, we don't know.
