I have a psp 1000 with cfw 5.00m33-4, My ps1 eboots and everything seemed fine until I created a ps1 eboot of Chrono Cross (its 2 cd's in 1 eboot), whenever I play it, it will return back to the menu screen with "error code, 80000004, cannot run game". And now my Resident evil 3 eboot freezez up in the load screen! How can I fix this so my games can play and prevent this in the future?

Recreate the Eboot, try just one disc to start with. What program are you using to create the eboots? I would recommend using PSX2PSP 1.4.2, it hasn't failed me yet.

Other times that users have had this error, a different eboot made it work.

I'd upgrade your firmware to 5.00m33v6 to prehaps help :)

As well as the above advice, I only suggest this because there might be issues with v4, hence why they made a v6.
