I tried downloading both Chrono Cross and Azure Dreams which are in this format but when I wen to extract them using 7-zip there was an error message for both saying the archives were empty. Currently I am waiting n 10, 000 points but did I do something wrong?
your internet connection probably got interrupted during the downloads. Try again, use a download manager if you can, and make sure you use a wired internet connection if you can. Bear in mind that you can only download one file at a time.
