    No it works. The one I downloaded is in German, but you can follow ok.

    If it's not opening, it probably got corrupted during the download. Try downloading it again.

    i tried the e version for r4 on 1.19 and all i got was a white screen so i changed the software to 1.18 and it works fine if that's any help
