    The offsets is correct, so yes it should work!

    @Jhon,

    Is the offset Dat for the U same as the E?

    Edit:
    I mean for the extinfo.dat and infolib.dat.

    No this offsets needed a change just last line

    (EUR) 30 FC 2D 02 E4 E4 2D 02 00 26 00 02

    (USA) 30 FD 2D 02 E4 E5 2D 02 00 26 00 02

    EDIT: extindo/infolib is the same just difrent ram addresses used between rom and ram

    ROM 00004500
    RAM 02000500

    The difference is just the language, all the rest are the exact same. Including the extra downloadable stuff are the exact same for all versions.
