3ds xl acekard2i

    Hi I know someone who has a 3ds xl will the acekard 2i work with it? I guess got to find out what firmware it's running at the moment is that just by going into system settings and the number will be in top screen? Also would I have to put the card in a ds first like I did to get it to work in dsi?

    Or do you suggest a different card

    I don't think ak2i supports the newer 3ds firmwares.

    The R4i Gold 3DS (r4ids.cn) and the Supercard DSTwo.

    Right going to get the r4i gold card. The 3dsxl he has is an American model if he downloads Europe games will that work on the card or would he still need to download USA roms

    Playing on flash carts lets you run any region rom.

    That's what I was hoping you would say thanks. So when I get this gold card what do I need to put on it. I know what to do with acekard as have 3 of them for standard dsi

    Go to the cart's official site, and download the necessary files, just like you did when you first acquire the Acekard.
