    cant wifi just be turned off and then update cant happen?

    Well if it can even update when turned off (IDK), just don't take it anywhere, as well as no Wifi at home.

    Meh, in that case no 3ds for me. I don't feel like dealing with all that bullshit.

    A nice dsi will suit me just fine.

    But in a couple of years I'll proably buy a used 3ds and a 3ds flash card.

    Anyway, this AP thing will be cracked, no matter what.
    And they'll find ways to prevent our 3DS's from bricking.

    I'm not bothered about not being able to download 3DS games, but I've got all my DS games on my Acekard and since I plan on trading my DSi XL in to help fund my 3DS purchase I'm a little worried... I've heard that Nintendo forces you to agree to a contract when you start the machine up. Is it true?

    Oh man this sucks and im the say way as well all my games are on my acekard so if i cant use my acekard this is mad bs. Then again it could also mean that a update can brick your 3ds just like how updates can brick a moded wii. I guess im going to have to not sell my ds -.-.
