3DS Redownloading help

    I just bought this 3DS from this guy, but he formatted the system because his credit card info was saved inside. It still has the ambassador certificate inside. Is it possible for me to redownload the games? further more, I am still apart of the Ambassador possie or no.. :D

    Yes, you can! Just go to the Eshop settings and redownload them.

    Oh thanks, but after a bit of meddling, I found this out. This guy has over 100$ in items on here. Not including the ambassador stuff. Pretty good deal.
