    Really nice shading.

I'm just backing up what Mint said, but the shading/shadowing styles are really good.
A lot of people can draw decent enough, but they lose it when it come time to overlay.
You can do both pretty well.

Much appreciated. I will continue to draw intermittently. Oh and scratch that part where I don't like to copy because I have to copy sometimes when I am too lazy.

Man those are amazing. You really have talent. You thinking of making a comic book? It would be a hit.

That wouldn't be a bad idea. But sad to say my drawings are low grade. I get most of my inspiration from comics yes, I want my viewers to get that feeling.

And about it becoming a hit? It would probably hit rock bottom.

    Well I respectfully disagree.

    These are wonderful.
Especially the Slivers, they're extremely detailed.
And that last dragon is, I think, Spear Dragon, right?

You're very good at sketching creatures, which I always found almost impossible.

You can only do so much with filters and blurring.
Download some shapes, brushes and styles, put them in your preset folder and experiment.

Also, your render selection needs to be improved, case in point:

See those white jagged edges? Those shouldn't be there in a finished sig. There are ways to fix a render with the jags. The first is to zoom in dramatically and remove them with the selection wand + delete, another is the pen tool, but that's something that will come later.

Also, it's advice that's always given to a newbie at photoshop, but here:

    Give these a blast.

I noticed what you mean, but I was simply working around trials at this point in time. My future siggys would be a definite improvement from what I just showed as an example. Funny thing is I don't even use photoshop, I just work around freeware or whatever is closely related to photoshop.

    Oh, so you're using GIMP?

    Well, never mind then.

your DBZ pic reminds me of someone in third grade.

He would bring a how to draw book for DBZ and then trace over the finished drawings. He would claim that he didn't trace them, and then call it skill when we put the tracing paper over the drawing and point out that they were exactly the same. He drew stupid things like ear rings on people so he could say, "it's not a tracing, see those ear rings?"

Yeah except he reminds me of someone in 6th grade who had drawn the exact same thing.

Way better than my first grade stick figures qq

You know what? That was exactly the grade I was in, when I drew him. But right now I am polishing up on my sigs, so I tend to take a bunch of time in those. I have to encourage myself to keep drawing though. I want to be able to draw for life...for LIFE...for evermore.
Hm? That's how it truly starts out at first doesn't it, but well it gets better when you get the hang of it as long as you start simple...I drew a bunch of things besides my favorite cartoons. You have to draw both in abstract and real art. By that I mean taking ideas from your natural surroundings in order to get a very fundamental approach towards your portfolio or drawing board. The useful thing about stick figures is that it serves as the foundation for a dynamic character.
