2d animation program

Can anybody suggest me a 2d animation program? I use PIVOT but I think it's boring. I am looking for something like PENCIL, that you don't use stickfigures but you draw every frame from the beginning. PENCIL makes my computer lag, so I can't use it.

i used to use it years and years ago,but it was called macromedia falsh lol....

let me guess the price of the program has inflated a few £100 pounds lol

are you sure that I can create animations with adobe? I didn't know this ...

I use Adobe Director at school.. That's quite fun... PIVOT is the only simple one I know of..

i used to make stickmen animation just like that one using adobe flash(macromedia flash back then),they are all over www.newgrounds.com

its just a bunch of lines,which you move frame by frame ...but looks cool )

You need to pay for this program.
