I have 1942.nds file and can't seem to get it working.
Anybody have any ideas or have they managed to fix it themselves??
PS - Thanks ICE-X : I managed to sort my Pepper II problem.
    Now I just have a 1942 problem!

    I've downloaded 1942.nds.
    I've patched it with DLDI.
    I've downloaded MAME.
I'm opening it as far as the main screen where four 1942's are listed:
    1942 B
    1942 A
    1942 (first Version)
    1942 W
The problem is - the instructions keep telling me that I need all four .zip
files to run the game and all I have is a .nds file!
How do you convert a .nds file into four different .zip files!
    "Use 7zip to decompress 1942.nds from DS1942.7z.
know I've extracted the .nds from the .7z file but I still don't seem to be able to come up with 4 separate .zip files!
It could be really simple and I could just be just a ditz but I've been reworking this for about 5 hours now and I'm tired!!!!!!!!!!

    info taken from * ds-xtra.com/DS1942 *

    Please help me!

    So...

Is 1942 a DS game or what?
    What Flashcard are you using?

Are you trying to run an Emulator on your DS? If so what emulator?

You need to follow the instructions carefully. It seems you need this homebrew 'emulator' NDS ROM DLDI Patched, with the original 1942 files. Consider googling the 1942 .zip names.

Used to play 1942 and Pepper II religiously - they are v old Arcade Games.
Managed to DLDI patch Pepper II and run it with Colecovision.
It works perfectly....just have to open a few files to get it!!

Meanwhile, 1942 isn't being as cooperative.

I'm working off an R4 card and am using MAME emulator as suggested by COPPER, the French guy who created it.
Will start working on it again now and get back to you with any progress.
    Thanks a million guys.

You'll still need the '1942 (Williams Electronics license)' then.
