You know that the N64 also has an 64bit processor?

    It is not 16 bit.

When I saw the topic's title I thought SNES, and then I thought "WTF a 64 bit pc that cannot play SNES doesn't exist".

Plus I have only used 32 bit computers. This is Vista, more crap then XP.

    Hm.

    My laptop plays it slowly.

I have installed different plugins, though.

Nope no success with default plugins.
