1.25 update? (R4DS users)

Hello

I've had my R4 for a while and when I got it, it came with a disk with 1.18 kernal software. That was all fine and dandy until 15 seconds ago when I went to the website and saw a 1.25/1.26 Kernal release. Can someone Help me confirm that this release is in fact an official one. I am going to try it as well but I'm making a back up of all the things I have first.

Thank you, I just tried to use it and I got nothing. it stayed at the loading screen. good thing I made a back up of my whole card.

kernal v1.23 and kernal v1.24 with DS lite

 

You can check here for updates on the R4 or any other flashcard. Although I doubt the R4 will get any more updates.

I did that, did you make sure its for DS and not DSi? I donwloaded kernel for DSi and got the same thing.
