as a customer and consumer, don't you think it's a little ridiculous that this sort of thing is still happening. and yet, the company isn't doing much to solve the problem.

    They're doing something.

It's just not working. As I see it, at least it's not worst than Telus (a phone/internet provider). They're the most absolute best company for fucking you over.

When will Microsoft finally release a reliable xbox. They said the Elite would fix all of the previous problems, but some are still breaking easily...

Um, Microsoft never said that the Elite would fix everything, that's what all the stupid people making rumors said. Microsoft only said that the chance of the Xbox dying would be less, and that's true. My new Xbox is running better and longer then the ones before it.

that's what the guys at Gamestop said but...yeah

i really can't compare my elite to my original 360 because the first year I had my original i barely used it and it got the RRoD shortly after i started playing on a daily bases so I haven't noticed a difference so far.

Half the people that work there don't know what they're talking about.

    1) White 20gb 2005 Model (no HDMI) RROD
    2) White 60gb 2009 Model (HDMI)

My first Xbox360 was an original 2005 model and it lasted all the way to 2009 which I guess is sort of an achievement.
