    Hey

    Well, how do I?
I've seen people have channels like "VBA GX" or "Snes9x GX".

    I like having shortcuts.

    How do you do that?

    Thanks in advance.

You can go to GBATemp for Forwarders, which are essentially channels for your Wii.

Or you can make custom ones with a program called Waddder.

    How do I install them?

    Wadmanager 1.5.

Check my soft-mod thread on how to install wads. - http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=35411

If it gives you an error, install cIOS38rev17 or cIOSXrev19 base38 in order to install wad files.

    I would do the cIOS38rev17 personally. - http://filetrip.net/file.php?id=9426

Install this IOS as IOS249. If you have 4.2, then you'll have to uninstall IOS249 and then install cIOS38rev17. (follow the 4.2 soft-mod guide).

    Then let it go :p

I'm very protecting with my Wii, so if something can bricks it, I don't do that.

I don't like installing IOS thingys.
And I don't like messing with the Wii's system files.

    Ok.

That's the only way to get custom channels though. :p
That's what the HBC does when you install it.
    It's so painless.
I just overwrote a lot of stub IOS' yesterday with better cIOS' actually. :)

The HBC is a channel...but it's only once.

I do only write into the system memory when saving & when I REALLY need to.
The HBC was just like it WANTED to get in my Wii...it fits so nice :)

    Ah!

My friend doesn't want to mod his Wii at all!
He isn't like me when it comes to modding.
Though he finally broke down a few months ago and I flashed his PSP. XD

My other friend on the other hand was very enthusiastic about it!
    And another friend as well.

Once they saw what I could do with a Wii, they wanted a slice of the pie as well. ;D

    lol
Before I got my Wii modded, I also was like the first friend of yours. For me it was a "dangerous task" lol
hen I got my Wii modded I was like "Well... What can I do with this machine?"
And finally, I've broke down to install the HBC...
