US Government Censoring our Internet

    Stop Online Piracy Act is up in Congress and we need to stop it. This act states that there will be a US Government-controlled firewall that is able to block any site they do not want citizens to see. This is too drastic of a measure to stop piracy (much like dropping a nuke to stop the spread of a certain virus), and there are already working ways that piracy is essentially being stopped (making games rely heavily on online play).

    Help stop this from being passed http://americancensorship.org/ (same link as the link in the video description above)
    Also, it would be awesome if you guys would spread the word to your friends.

    That would be a good thing, i hope they bring many more laws! in censoring EVERYTHING on the IE! <3
    Including tubgirl, that site is Sooo annoying, That's the last time i get faked into clicking it! The Sailor Moon fourms also need closing down, the people are mad on that website, in they're own little world! xD

    I think the 1st thing they should censor is you venusheart

    You cant just up and censor the internet, an impossible task on its own! the us Government just want absolute control that's all its about

    i miss the 90's~early 2k internet....

    even though the intenet back then is full of crap and viruses, but it have no bullshit law, back then the internet was free....

    Hm, that's true.. Then I can agree on the nuking. But I don't think the entire population is that liable to vote for a stupid set again. How about searching the 'smarter' Americans, saving them and then nuking America?
