Updating rosters on XBOX360???

    Finally thinking about updating rosters on some of my sports games (Madden , NBA 2K10) Im being told that I
    need to connect to XBOX Live and then there's an option to update rosters? I have no idea. Guess I have a question or two.
    Such as...Do I need a gold subscription to d/l roster updates? Then do they save to may HD? If anyone knows of the proper
    steps please give me details on how to do so. Much appreciated..

    Gold is usually only needed to play online, and download new demos, and use facebook and twitter and crap, i doubt you would need it to update rosters, are you sure that those games need updated rosters, and have them avaliable.

    if its anything like LMA manager(its the only game ive updated) you have to press y for game details on the dashboard then go to game downloads

    How do I update my FIFA 09 rosters?
    I really need help..
    And you don't need XBox Live Gold to download the roster.
