Too many active connection problem

    I have always downloaded games on Romulation.I on only download one game at a time.But suddenly Romulation is telling me to finish downloading the game i am downloading but i have no games on download.I deleted all my download folder on Google.But it still shows up and doesn't let me Download.I will be very happy if anyone can fix it.
