Signed up for Premium, and speeds are ridiculously slow..

    Signed up for Premium, and speeds are ridiculously slow.. I was getting faster speeds before I donated, so what gives? 2-5 days for a single file? This makes this pointless at these speeds. My speed is 500 down, 300 up from my ISP. Please can someone look into this, and let me know what gives.

    Looked up the email and I did reply already, sorry if it never arrived in your inbox, sometimes email can be shite. There's not much we can do about slow speeds as it's out of our control beyond us having bandwidth available on the server, and we do.
