Question regarding 3ds roms here on romulation

are the 3ds roms here in .3ds format ? because .cia versions doesn't work on flashcards , also any plans for add more of them ? many games are missing , thanks for replys

 

If the roms are in .cia format then it is specified in the title of the Rom, like this: Pokemon Sun - CIA Version(USA)

All other roms are in .3ds format.
