You'll need to get cheats from supercheats or a similar website and input them directly into the cheat file database (found on your card) using whatever supported program you have for your card. CycloDS has Evotools. That's all I know since that's the card that I have. I'd only use cheats for specific functions that you can't modify with Pokegen (like the Black Tower, Medals, infinite health for the Subways, etc.). If you're going to use AR like cheats to get shinies and crap like that, Pokegen does it infinitely better.
I actually have a problem once you get the usrcheat.dat file. when i try opening the cheat list, nothing happens. when i press x, it just wont open. It works fine for other games, but it wont open for pokemon black 2.
