StepMania a PC Dance Dance Revolution is now on the DS (*Homebrew version)
this site that i read = japanse
sorry about my not good english im NL 9 years old
so first you need download the new version from

    DsDsRevolution here
    http://www41.atwiki.jp/tako2lab?cmd=upload&act=open&pageid=20&file=DsDsR080908

then create a folder on your SD card named ''DsDsR''
put the files from the zip/rar file
create in the DsDsR folder a folder named ''Songs''(DsDsR can play .sm .mp3 .ogg .png .bmp .jpg .jpeg NO avi or other video's)
in that Songs create a folder with the name ''Group Name'' in that group create a folder and the name from that folder = ''Song Name'' (you can have 32 groups and in that group 32 songs)
so now turn your DS on with DsDsR open the .nds file
with the border red arrow the name DsDsR
then you choose a song choose the diccluffy and you can play
    songs can you find on

    stepmania.com
    arch0wl.com/sims
    bemanistyle.com
    otakusdream.com

Yeah, though some of the background files have resolution issues and go all skew-wif when played on the ds but if you don't mind that then it works very well, You can't put a price on the looks you get when playing caramell dansen on expert on the bus :p

You will need some songs for it to work or it'll just show that. To put songs its like DsDsR<Songs<Group<Song Folder<mp3/background/stepfile

How do you make your own steps for your songs?

You can make your own stepsongs with Stepmania or XStep
Stepmania is very easy first go Stepmania.com and find How to add a song
Open Stepmania and go to EDIT / SYNC songs
    You'll see all things and
    go to 'My Creations'
    and select your song
Below you can choose which level
    Beginner, Easy, etc. ..
then click the below button stary can go down further and I can not explain to you do go
    to Google and type
    How to make Stepmania songs

So, just to get things straight . . .
All you need to run this is a flashcart and song files?
Just putting the extracted files in the Micro SD along with the songs you want (in a song folder) will do it?
And it requires you to create your own steps?
