MapleStory Europe: Black Screen on Laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate?

    Hi guys, so i downloaded MapleStory Europe for my brother but when i run it i get a black screen.
    I tried running it on XP-Mode but when i try i get a pop-up from HackGuard saying i may NOT run it on XP-Mode!
    As you know i'm using a laptop running Windows 7 Ultimate.
    And the most strangest thing is: when i turn my laptop off and back on it's working. But i don't wanna play it like that.

    Also, here are the specs:
    Processor: Intel(R) Core (TM) i5 CPU M520 @2,40 GHz
    RAM:4,00 GB (3,80 GB Available)
    Video Card:Intel (R) HD Graphics

    Europe is like the slowest updating Maplestory. I believe they haven't even patched it for Windows 7.

    MapleSEA, the 2nd slowest updated version, already works on Windows 7. The US have fixed it long ago. JMS does not count because it's in a league of it's own.
