    where can i find a good playstation emulator? my ps2 stopped taking blue cds a while ago, and i still have my favorite game that i like to play alot.

    ePSXe is a good playstation emulator, but you mention 'blue cds' by which I assume you mean certain PS2 DVDs. In that case, the answer is I dont think there is a PS2 emulator that works well yet.

    For Playstation 2, there is but one that does a fairly decent job if you have 'lots' of power under the hood.

    PCSX2

    And for the regular PSX, there are three emulators worth mentioning, ePSXe, PSXeven and... pSX.

    it requires a monster of a rig though, not just your average gaming comp, but a high end gaming comp with lots of RAM, CPU power and a graphics card that costs more than all the other components added together.
