How can I put cheats on NDSL? What to Download and where? When I'm done downloading it, How to use it? :-\
It depends on what flashcart brand you are using. Most brands uses usrcheat.dat, just place it in a 'cheat' folder and then boot it from the handheld. Where to download? Try google or the cart's official webpage.
