Help Me Name This Anime... again

    There should really be a sticky for this kinda thing...

    anyway so I'm tyring to remember this anime, It's about this like guardian angel guy I think his name was Micheal and he's searching to recover spirits or fairies with the help of his pilot friend girl. I remember that there was like a team rocket-ish group as well and they like stamp the fairies or fire a laser at them to make them evil then the good guys had to stop them. does this ring a bell to anyone? Hope you can help, thanks in advance :D
