Okay, I have a nine year old brother. He is addicted to video games, especially Xbox 360 and PS2 Games. He is not allowed to play Assasin's Creed or GTA. K scratch the GTA part, he plays ChinaTown Wars for DS. And now he plays Assassin's Creed for the DS. He also plays... Every Halo and CoD game. Every Splinter Cell Game. Gears of War 1/2 MGA2 MGS 2 Sons of Liberty & 3 Snake Eater. MGS4 Touch Lite. He plays Pokemon on occasion. He hates puzzle games. He enjoys Spectrobes. IS THIS NORMAL!!!

I'd say that's pretty normal. My 8 year old brother can play whatever he wants, he's obsessed with Pokemon cards (only because his friends are) & he hates anything that involves thinking.

Point is? My brother plays resident evil 4 on his own-and has watched texas chainsaw massacar with me I'll admit-he is 13 as of...now-however I tried to restrict him at age 10. Not that it worked-at 11 I gave in and let him play resident evil 4-I couldn't play it otherwise because he was always around-watching... He's seen some already bad stuff already-dam mother didn't care
um.....i don't think so...my brothers aren't allowed to play anything like that i only hear from my brothers that their friends play M games...all of those kids are twisted little buggers too...and i mean twisted....... not saying your brother is, but those kids are.. well...the word normal is quite different for everyone....it's normal for him......not for me!!

That's the problem with the youth of today. They grow up with Call of duty (do we really, need anymore war games?) or gears of war. Then they turn into psycho's, and then the government ruins everything for us. Ah, I remeber my first game. Metroid, (the first one on the NES) we had no hard drives or auto-saving or really saving at all. No downloadble content. NO! We had passwords and women who get kidnapped by giant monkeys, and kiss purple haired kids in green clothing. Sorry, little rant.
