Hello. So I downloaded a set of Skyrim cursors for my PC. They are good and all, especially because I could tell you off by heart where each weapon is. Yes. Set them all up in the pointers page of the mouse control panel, then click the 'save as' button and name the profile. Apply the new profile and it should stick across reboots (but will only apply to your username).
If you are not an administrator, that could be the problem. The administrator may have configured your account such that you cannot save your settings, or every time you log in, your settings are always restored to default.
